  • What is the warranty period? What is covered under the free warranty? Who should I contact for repairs?

    1. Warranty Period

       Please refer to the warranty card included with your product. The warranty duration is as stated on the card.

    2. Free Warranty Coverage

      Repairs within this period that meet the warranty conditions are free of charge. (Please refer to the warranty card.) After the warranty expires, services become chargeable. The Company may refuse to provide paid repair services if parts are no longer available due to product discontinuation.

    3. Repair Contact

    - If you purchased the product from a retailer, please contact that store.  

    - If you purchased directly from us, contact our customer support email: support@nakoh.co.jp

     *Note: This website support service is available only to customers who purchased their item in Japan. Overseas customers should contact their local authorized dealer.
